Description
Villa Anemos is a newly built villa located in a raised position above the bay of Plakias, 800 meters of the traditional village of Lefkogia, in southern Rethymno.
The villa is surrounded by olive trees and flowers and offers a panoramic view of the mountainside, the area of Plakias and Libyan Sea beyond.
Villa Anemos is 135 sq. m, part of a 3500 sq. m. property filled with olive and fruit trees, and can accommodate 8 persons in its 4 bedrooms.
There are layered gardens with lawn, flowers, bushes and trees and, in the main yard, a 50 sq. m. swimming pool (including children’s pool), a barbecue and parking space.
Marble stairs lead to a large veranda. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen/dining room, a sunny bedroom with 2 single beds and a shower/WC with a washing machine. The spacious living area comes with a built-in stone fireplace, a huge L-shaped sofa, and satellite TV and stereo system.
A wooden staircase leads up to the upper floor where are three more bedrooms, one with a double bed and 2 with 2 single beds each, sharing a bath/wc and the two verandas. All bedrooms have air-condition . The floors are tiled and the ceilings covered in wood.
There are three taverns, a mini market, a bakery, and a café in the village of Lefkogia. A wide range of facilities is on offer in the town of Plakias, a popular resort 5 km. away, and Damnoni beach, 3 km away. The excellent beaches of Schinaria and Ammoudi are a mere 2 kms away. Exotic Lake Preveli and peaceful Souda beach are a little farther.
The luxury villa, the surrounding nature and all these beaches so close to the villa compose an ideal place for relaxing times!
