Description

In addition to the impressive exterior design, the house is full of little details and character. The living areas are finished with relaxed leather and teak wood furniture, with the terra cotta and slate effect tiling creating a warm homely feel. The living room is suitable for up to six people, while the dining table can accommodate eight guests. The fully equipped kitchen mixes modern wooden cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Brick wall features and Asian artwork add to the unique rustic appeal.
The spacious bedrooms feature wooden flooring, built in teak wood wardrobes and warm peach toned decor. The master bedroom has a fantastic bathtub by the bed, set on a separate raised section of the room. All rooms have access to the balconies which encircle the property. There is also a maids room and laundry room with washing machine.
The exterior of this home is truly special, there are a range of terraces, both covered and uncovered, a Thai style sala, ( with Sonos music system,) the private swimming pool and children's play area. The garden is designed on different levels, with large lawn area and simple, elegant shrubbery. A relaxing sun beds by the pool and pond with water feature finish off this outstanding space.
The property is just a few minutes drive to Layan, Bang Tao and Surin beaches to the west and a range of international restaurants. In the centre of the island towards Phuket Town are international schools and hospitals, shopping centres and marinas.
