Description

Our beautifully furnished condo is located on the beach in the new La Paz resort community of Paraiso del Mar. The condo has a full kitchen, living and dining areas, laundry room, large master suites with walk in showers, and a huge balcony overlooking the 50 meter infinity pool and beach Our unit rents as either a two bedroom condo with king sized beds in each master suite or as a three bedroom condo with two twin beds in the third bedroom. Each bedroom has its own balcony with amazing views. Free Resort-wide WiFi. Our condo now has Dish TV!!

Paraiso del Mar is truly an amazing new community with miles and miles of undisturbed beaches and La Paz's first golf course--an Arthur Hills desert style course with many of the holes right next to the beach. If you don't like to golf or play on the beach, there are plenty of other activities. Kayaking, tennis, snorkeling, world class fishing, biking, and shopping are just a few of the other things you can do in La Paz. The incredible island of Espiritu Santo is a short boat ride away and is an oasis of secluded coves, dramatic sandstone cliffs and coral reefs teeming with exotic tropical fish.

The city of La Paz has an authentic Mexican feel with great restaurants, shops and culture. The Paraiso community sits on the pristine "El Mogote" peninsula across the bay from the Malecon and downtown La Paz. The community has private boat docks and shuttle boats that take residents on a peaceful 10 minute ride between Paraiso and downtown. There's no need for a car when staying at the community. The Paraiso del Mar van will transport you from the airport to the boat dock downtown. You will cross the La Paz bay in a eco friendly boat and arrive at the Paraiso dock. From there, the amazing staff will take you directly to your condo in one of the many shuttles than run throughout the property.

If you have never experienced La Paz or if you are returning to the "City of Peace", Paraiso del Mar is a great place to stay.

Our unit is definitely non-smoking and a maximum of 6 people please. Daily maid service is available at an extra cost. Required cleaning fee of $50.

How do damage deposits work?

If Chelle (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
