Description

We accept a maximum occupancy of either 4 Adults or 2 Adults and 3 Children. Luxury building, in fun upbeat resident hotel/condo. 24 hour gym, Pool and gorgeous Sunsets. The property features an on-site spa (surcharge) and gym, a bay side pool, a hip indoor/outdoor lounge and a restaurant serving modern American fare. There is also a private marina. The Suite accommodates 4 Guests. The Bedroom has a King size bed, in the living area we provide a sleeper sofa.

If it is a last minute booking I will negotiated a rate if the suite is open.

Compare my price to the listing prices of a STUDIO, DELUXE, BAY-VIEW ONE BEDROOM BALCONY SUITE.

These apartments in South Beach are located in a condo / hotel. Some of the apartments are owned by the hotel, and others are privately owned, including these suites. Compare pricing my rooms is the same as booking a STUDIO, DELUXE, OR BAY-VIEW ONE BEDROOM BALCONY SUITE. The only difference is by renting from me is you’ll pay a much lower room rate than if you were renting direct from the hotel. Daily housekeeping service is extra and you can contact me in advance to schedule according to your particular needs. All other hotel provisions, such as the pool and gym are available to you exactly as if you were renting the room directly from the Hotel. I request a minimum 3 night stay, but if it is a last minute booking for a short stay I will accept a negotiated rate if the suite is open. Please contact me with any questions.

Getting around

You can access most of the Miami Beach by walking. For auto transport we find it best to get around Miami Beach using Taxi or Uber. The Staff outside can retrieve a taxi within a few minutes for you.

Response from the owner Hello. My apology for the bulbs, I did not receive any word from you on them, I would have taken care of this immediately. I understand the balance of the bathroom door sways open a little on the glass hinges and we have not found a complete solution for this yet. Every time we balance the door, eventually it returns with the gap. Thank you for staying with us, and your feedback.
