“The house makes the vacation perfect”
I have reviewed this home in the past and it still rates with me as number 1. It is well located, well furnished. convenient to all activities. There enough beds to accommodate our needs.

“excellant”
Every thing was wonderful. The children did leave over $100 woth of wee games that you could not locate. We were dissapointed in this. Every thing else was above excellant

I am happy to hear that you and your family have enjoyed many vacations in Emerald Isle and Emerald Isle Realty is pleased to be a part of your vacation tradition. I am sorry to hear that you are displeased with the services offered and have noticed a decline in those received. As with anything, policies and such do change from time to time and because each of our homes is individually owned, services offered can vary. We strive to have all vacation properties cleaned and ready by 4 p.m., but on occasion it can take the hours of 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. before all homes are readied. With that being said, we will always provide you with your keys by 4 p.m. and our housekeeping staff strives to ready the kitchen area first so you can place groceries in the refrigerator when you arrive. Each owner has the choice of services they wish to provide, such as bed making. The description of each of our vacation properties will state if linens are included and if bed making is provided. If these services aren't included, we can add them to any reservation, at any property, for a nominal fee. Please ask one of our vacation planners about this when making your reservations. I see that you are scheduled to return to Island Time West in 2013 and we are looking forward to your stay with us. I'm happy to know that this home fit the needs of your family so nicely and provided great spaces for you to enjoy your vacation. Travel insurance is offered on each reservation we make. Because of this, you will see it included initially and you are given the option to decline it. Once we receive your rental agreement indicating that you don't wish to purchase travel insurance, it is removed from your reservation. I looked at our records and didn't see that you were ever charged for the travel insurance. Thank you again for your feedback.
