FEATURES: Oceanfront and oceanside condominium complex. Offering 2 bedrooms, 2 baths with oceanfront, oceanside and ocean view units. Swimming pool, tennis courts, park grills, outside showers. Most units have in-room jacuzzi and wireless high speed Internet access. Two parking spaces per unit. Buildings 1, 3 and 5 are front peg lots, closer to the ocean. Buildings 2 and 4 are back oceanfront “peg” lots. Buildings 6, 7 and 8 are second row. No pets.
2 BR, 2 B. Q * Q. Island Club linen service with beds made and No Worries Comforters . Dishwasher, washer/dryer, 3 cable TVs (all HD flat screen LCD/LED), 2 DVD players (living area and second BR), wireless high speed Internet access, wet bar, gas fireplace, whirlpool tub in master bath, ceiling fans. No landline telephone. Deck with porch furniture including rocker. Oceanfront. No smoking. No pets.
This property is currently undergoing siding work performed by the HOA, estimated completion date is April 24, 2020.
This beautiful oceanfront condo rents monthly in the off-season. Linens are not included in monthly rentals, but may be added to your reservation.
