Outstanding floor plan featuring over 6,500 sq. ft. of living space; spacious, open living area. Six oceanfront master suites with Ks, five with decks, three with jacuzzis (one with 55” LED TV). Oceanfront 14’ x 30’ saline swimming pool and hot tub. Heated pool is available for an additional $600 per week (operable only when air temperature is above 60°). Theatre/media room with QSS, large screen TV, surround sound, rec room with QSS, dry bar and mini-fridge and pool table. Orbi whole home mesh wireless network. Spectacular kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, double ovens and six burner stove. Two refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 2 washer/dryers, icemaker. 10 cable TVs including 55” LED in living area and two 42” LCD with built-in Blu-Ray DVD. 7 DVD players, electric fireplace, wet bar, wine cooler, water softener, ground level elevator to all floors, ceiling fans throughout. Free, unlimited long distance. Professionally decorated and landscaped. Spacious covered and open decks with porch furniture including rockers, picnic table and lounge chairs. Great bedrooms, decks and beach access. Had a lot of minor repair problems and a few more major problems. Elevator did not service all floors.
