Wet bar in pool area. (available April through September). Complimentary heated pool available during season (operable only when air temperature is above 60°). Elevator to all levels. Beautifully furnished and professionally decorated, this home features a reverse floor plan offering great ocean views and exceptional sound views, short walk to either. Large well equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, 2 dishwashers, 2 stoves, 2 full-size refrigerators and 2 sinks. Two spacious master suites each with private bath, King bed and deck access. All full baths have permanently mounted hair dryers. There are 2 washer/dryers, 7 TVs with Spectrum Streaming app, gas fireplace, ceiling fans throughout, wireless high speed Internet, free unlimited long distance and water softener. All levels have covered and open decks with porch furniture including rockers and gliders. Spacious poolside includes tiki bar, half bath, chaise lounges, patio table and chairs, mini-refrigerator, charcoal smoker grill and large gas grill. A full-sized refrigerator, basketball goal and enclosed hot/cold outside shower on ground level. Large cooler with wheels available for use. Weekly only. No smoking. No pets. 1511 Emerald Drive.
