Response from the manager Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you arrived to less than tidy conditions. Our housekeeping department does guarantee their work and will gladly send another crew to clean more efficiently when it is reported that there are issues with cleaning. I am pleased to know that we quickly got the property sprayed for pests. All of our properties are regularly treated to keep such pests at bay, but from time to time an additional treatment is needed. Than you for letting us know about that and for giving us the opportunity to correct it. I hope you and your family will vacation with us again. I certainly wish you would have called our office prior to doing all of that cleaning yourselves. We would have been happy to send cleaners to the property to clean more efficiently.
