Covered and open decks with porch furniture, charcoal grill, enclosed hot/cold outside shower. Peg lot. Four-night minimum. Located in exclusive Spinnaker’s Reach subdivision where amenities include swimming pool with cabana (across the street) and neighborhood playground. No smoking. No pets. I am sorry that you weren't pleased with the condition of this home and will happily ask one of the members of our refurbishment team to check it out. I'm also sorry that you were disappointed when you didn't find soap and paper products in the property. “Enjoyable”
The house was close to the ocean with our own boardwalk and also close to the pool. There were enough bathrooms to accommodate all bedrooms. The weather was great, except for rain one day.

Response from the manager Thank you for your review. I'm so happy you receive true Southern hospitality when visiting Emerald Isle and staying with Emerald Isle Realty. I'm sorry you arrived to dead spiders and hair all over the bathroom floor. I too am glad the spiders were dead and that proves that the routine spraying to prevent infestation isworking. Certainly, had you let us know about the uncleanliness of the bathroom, we would've gladly gotten a cleaning crew there to take care of it. I am also sorry you were without a stove for two days of your vacation. This is surprising because all new appliances were just purchased before this rental season. Nevertheless, I'm happy the stove was repaired for your stay. I don't see that the dryer was reported so I've submtted a request for maintenance. I've also passed on your comments about the bed ,replacement of pots and pans,and addition of steak knives. I hope you'll visit us again soon. “It was nice but...”
the kitchen is too small... it's showing wear (stained carpet, old DVD player, no screen on door, etc.) location is nice; peg lot makes it a bit nicer than second row houses

Response from the manager Thank you for your comments. Yes, this duplex has a smaller kitchen but has a larger living area where most people gather! The bedrooms have been updated with new art work and all new kitchen appliances as well. The carpets have been shampooed and look great! We wish that everyone practiced good housekeeping habits while on vacation like taking off their shoes before entering the homes to keep the carpet clean and bagging opened food to avoid inviting bugs in the home but that doesn’t always happen. Sometimes by September you can see the toll that vacationing families can take on a vacation rental home. We try our best to keep them as fresh as possible, with only a few hours in between rental guests there’s only so much that we can do. If you ever find that the carpets need to be cleaned or maintenance items need to be addressed please let us know right away. We can have the carpets cleaned while you’re out on the beach during the day and fix those items that needs attention as well during your stay.
