FEATURES: Oceanfront and oceanside condominiums. Swimming pool, tennis courts, park grills, outside showers. Most properties have in-room jacuzzis and wireless high speed Internet access. Two parking spaces per unit. Buildings 2 and 4 are oceanfront peg lots, closer to the ocean. Buildings 1, 3 and 5 are back peg oceanfront lots. Building 7 is second row and building 6 is semi-oceanfront with an unobstructed view. No pets.
2 BR, 2 B. Q * 2S * QSS. Island Club linen service with beds made. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, 3 cable TVs (2 flat screens), DVD player, wireless high speed Internet access, wet bar, jacuzzi in master bath, ceiling fans. Beautiful ocean view with direct beach access. Covered deck with porch rockers. Available year ‘round. No smoking. No pets.
This oceanfront property rents monthly in the off-season. Linens are not included in monthly rentals, but may be added to your reservation.

Fortunately, what you described of the vents is likely mildew. This commonly occurs in homes in our area due to the meeting of hot, humid outside air and cool, air conditioned air, and it can be cleaned off. I'll also request that this be done.
