FEATURES: Oceanfront and oceanside condominiums. Swimming pool, tennis courts, park grills, outside showers. Most properties have in-room jacuzzis and wireless high speed Internet access. Two parking spaces per unit. Buildings 2 and 4 are oceanfront peg lots, closer to the ocean. Buildings 1, 3 and 5 are back peg oceanfront lots. Building 7 is second row and building 6 is semi-oceanfront with an unobstructed view. No pets.
2 BR, 2 B. K * 2S * DSS. Island Club linen service with beds made and No Worries Comforters . Newly remodeled in 2020. Dishwasher, well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, 3 cable TVs (Smart TV in living area), 2 DVD players, private wireless high speed Internet access, fireplace, whirlpool tub in master bath, ceiling fans throughout. Two decks with porch furniture. Amazing ocean and sound views. Available year ‘round. No smoking. No pets.
This almost oceanfront condo rents monthly in the off-season. Linens are not included in monthly rentals, but may be added to your reservation.

Certainly, the Ocean and Sound views from the third level are unmatched, but we do manage some 1st and 2nd level condos in this community. This condo was updated during our off season. The owners have changed the bedding, replaced the carpet and the dishwasher, restocked the kitchen, and made various other improvements. I am sorry to hear of your disappointments in the pool and internet service. Pool heat is not an amenity of community pools and I'm sorry if you were under the impression that it is. Also, community pools are guaranteed only from Memorial Day to Labor Day and I'm sorry if you weren't expressly informed of this. Pier Pointe 7 A 3 West does provide high speed internet so I'm unsure of what the issue was with this service at the time of your stay. Thank you again for your feedback.
