Convenient beach access, outside shower, outdoor pools with changing rooms, tennis courts, basketball goal, elevators in A, D, & E buildings, washers/dryers by pool between B & C, outdoor grills. Two parking spaces per unit. No boats or trailers. No pets.
3 BR, 2 B. K * Q * 2S * QSS. Island Club linen service with beds made and No Worries Comforters . Dishwasher, washer/dryer, 3 cable TVs, 3 DVD players, wireless high speed Internet access, ceiling fans. Private balcony with porch furniture. End unit with good ocean view and easy beach access. Weekly only. No smoking. No pets.
The tennis courts are currently under repair by the HOA with no ETA for a completion date, at this time.
At this time the pool area is closed until further notice based on the requirements of the governor’s executive order and the state interim guidelines for the reopening of public pools in North Carolina.

The condo was great, everything we needed was included. Loved having washer and dryer in unit. There were a few small cosmetic issues in bathroom but for most part very clean and nice.
