Oceanfront 15’ x 24’ swimming pool and 80-jet seven person hot tub spa with Bluetooth sound system and LED lighting. Heated pool is available for an additional $800 per week. Designer decorated home offering oceanfront views with a large oceanfront formal living area and gas log fireplace, huge dining area, oceanfront breakfast nook, kitchen bar, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and hardwood and ceramic tile flooring throughout. Top floor oceanfront master suite with K and large private bath with whirlpool tub; second oceanfront master suite with Q and private bath with whirlpool tub; third oceanfront BR with Q (all have open decks); fourth BR is street-side with Bunk and Trundle. Ground level handicap friendly elevator to first floor where there are 2 BRs and 1 bath that are handicap friendly (not ADA approved). Spacious poolside rec room with pool table, foosball table and mini refrigerator. Theater room has 60” LED TV with surround sound, DVD, CD and queen sleeper sofa. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, 9 cable TVs all with DVD players (55” curved LED Smart 4K TV in family room, 26” LED in all BRs), in-house stereo system, wireless high speed Internet access, free unlimited domestic long distance and ceiling fans throughout. Covered and open gated decks. Pool and deck furniture including rockers, table and poolside lounge chairs. Gas grill, enclosed hot/cold outside shower with dressing area. Direct access from ground level to ocean, swimming pool and hot tub spa. Large, professionally landscaped grassy lawn. Garage available for monthly guests only during the off-season. Weekly only. I appreciate your patience during the time you went without central air conditioning. I'm so glad we were able to cool this large home with window units that we were able to provide for you. I am happy to let you know that the air conditioning was just replaced so when you return to Sea Angel you will be able to enjoy the sun in the heat of the day then return to the home to relax and cool off.
