Oceanfront Cottage, 8 BR, 8 ½ B. K * K * K * K, dybd * Q * Q * 2D * 2B (D down, S up). Sand Castle Club linen service with beds made. Oceanfront 14’ x 30’ saline swimming pool and hot tub. Heated pool is available for an additional $600 per week (operable only when air temperature is above 60°). Four oceanfront master bedrooms with Ks (three with whirlpool tubs). All BRs have private baths and Roku Smart TVs with Blu-ray DVD players. Great room features electric fireplace, Roku Smart TV with Blu-ray DVD and spacious seating. Poolside game room on ground level with kitchenette, wet bar area, pool table, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, icemaker and Roku Smart TV. Kitchen includes custom cabinets, granite countertops, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, double wall ovens, gas cooktop, stainless steel appliances, icemaker and wine cabinet. Orbi whole home mesh wireless network. Elevator, 2 washer/dryers, 10 cable TVs, 10 DVD players, water softener, ceiling fans throughout. Spacious covered and open decks with porch furniture on all levels including porch rockers, picnic table and lounge chairs around pool area. Gas grill, enclosed hot/cold outside shower.
