Dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, washer/dryer, wireless high speed Internet access, Bose Bluetooth speaker, free unlimited long distance, gas fireplace. 8 LCD cable TVs including 46” LCD in great room and 40” LCD in living area, each with DVD and DVR. Upper level soundfront deck with porch furniture; lower level screened porch. Oceanside sun porch. Gas grill, enclosed hot/cold outside shower. Stunning sound views, grassy lawn, soundside access via shared dock with floating ladder. Ideal location for swimming, clamming, kayaking, windsurfing and small boats. Weekly only. I have asked our maintenance department to check out the A/C to see if it can be tweaked to regulate the temperature better.
