We offer a boutique style property with just 4 units. Close enough to the beach without the congestion of larger properties. Enjoy this newly renovated (2014) apartment, located less than a mile from beautiful Siesta Key Beach. We've fully remodeled in the "Beach Chic" style, with a touch of modern decor.
Relax in 3 Bedroom/2 Bath, 1500 sq. ft. of air conditioned luxury. BBQ on your outdoor patio & enjoy the tropical surroundings. Or, take a ride down to the beach on one of our 4 bicycles. Beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels provided. Siesta Key Village is just 3/4 of a mile away.

“Siesta Key spring break”
