Occupancy Rules:
*Min age to rent any property is 25.
*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*You are only allowed 8 people at any time at the house. This includes any dinners or gatherings you may have.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm to 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
**Parking: 5 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.******* (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.
Located on the lower slopes of Nevada's Kingsbury Grade, this spacious home is tucked away amongst the trees, yet two easy miles away from the Heavenly Mountain Gondola and the South Shore nightlife.
Renovated in 2013, this 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom property features large open living spaces, a beautiful new kitchen and new flooring throughout. The spacious kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances provides the perfect space to gather for a meal with friends and family. Relax in the living room with large screen television or play a game of pool in the loft.
The first bedroom features a pillow top queen mattress. The second bedroom includes a queen and double bed. The master bedroom features two queen sized beds and an ensuite bathroom.
This Tahoe Lodge fits the bill whether you’re looking to hit the slopes at Heavenly Mountain, hike, mountain bike, or visit Lake Tahoe's scenic beaches.

“Great Location, not so great everything else”
Location-wise it was very close to the stateline (~$8 cab ride to Harrahs). Other than that, the place needs remodeling. Appliances and linens seem old/dirty and the carpet is in horrible condition.
