Description

The villa has two Bedrooms, two Bathrooms on two floors, living room kitchen. Sleep, four to five people.

It is very quiet and private, with its own pathway entrance and parking. You will not come in contact with other people.

Each floor has private roof terraces with stunning sea views.

There are day beach bars and restaurants along the beach. You can rent umbrellas and beds. There are also various water sports available with special prices for the tenants. It is ten min drive to the main town (ten km), five min drive to the town of Ano Mera (three km), where you can find supermarkets, groceries, banks, restaurants. All the other famous beaches of the island are ten-fifteen min drive distance.

For an additional fee, services offered upon request include Car rental and Chauffeur arrangements, Sightseeing guide and nightlife guide, Extra housekeeping services, Security services. The tour of the island and its beaches by private speedboat, also the visit of nearby islands and historical sites by private speed boat

We require (depending on people's number) a refundable safety deposit for breakages.

ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY: The house has double pane glass windows all around, Thick concrete walls and isolated roof, to keep a stable temperature inside. We use low consumption lighting bulbs everywhere and the water heaters are low consumption instant heaters. We also encourage our customers to turn off air-conditioning, while away, since the inside of the house keeps stable temperature and the powerful air-conditioning brings the desirable cooling in the rooms within 5 min. The villa has bio-treatment waste installation, it minimizes solid waste and changes the dirty water into clean plant water.

we arrived there to be greeted with cats we could not stay there we had to call our taxi back and find a hotel. Not a very nice location and it advertises for 4-8 people only had 2 beds and 1 actual s… More

Response from the owner "Sheila and her group came to my property and they immediately stated they want to leave because they want to stay in the town. My house is 8 miles out of the town, They obviously did not read the description in the site about the location of my property. I called a taxi for them and said goodbye. The next thing they did was to call FlipKey and start saying all kind of lies so they can ask their money back. FlipKey asked them to provide proof and pictures off their claims so they can send their money back. They provided nothing! (how could they? since they were lying?). They were contacted several times to send whatever proof they have to the site. Nothing happened (of course). I encourage all my future customers to conduct FlipKey to verify my saying and that everything they claim is lies. Here is the telephone: FlipKey’s phone number: 1-877-354-7539."
