Advertised COVID-19 discounts only through winter 2021. Beginning in May 2021, we will offer 20% discount on last minute weekly rentals and for reservations for 4 or more contiguous weeks.

SeaBreeze Condominiums are located directly on the white beaches of the Gulf Coast. We offer a large, deluxe condo with1625 sq. ft. condo that is just minutes from many quality restaurants and attractions. On-site parking is free, but a parking pass is required. There is private beach access just steps away from our building. No need to cross the street or lug beach bags from afar.

The entire exterior of the property was updated in 2017. Grill out by the pool, eat in the fully equipped kitchen or stroll down Gulf Blvd to John's Pass for a terrific dinner, shopping and dessert on the boardwalk.

Our first floor unit offers a fantastic balcony view of the Gulf, the beach, heated pool and wonderful, invigorating hot tub. Our upgraded Hurricane rated sliding glass doors give a beautiful view of the Gulf, with minimal noise and extra protection for you and your family during storms. In the evening you can sit on your private balcony with a cocktail to watch the sunset and feel the warm breeze from the Gulf waters. Each morning, enjoy your AM java (or tea) and watch the dolphins frolic.

During COVID-19 we renovated, refreshed, redecorated and refurnished much of the unit. We blew out a couple walls to create an open, airy kitchen with a beautiful granite breakfast bar and new lighting. We offer a full kitchen with a range, microwave, stove, fridge, dishwasher and more. The dining and living room areas were updated with all new furniture too. The entire unit is ceramic tile which makes coming in from the beach a breeze. Free Wi-Fi!

This deluxe condo has 2 full bathrooms with quality glass sliding doors, tiled floors and walls, with granite tops on the sinks. The master bath also has his and hers sinks separate from the toilet and shower area.

The master suite balcony has a view of the Inter-coastal. The huge master suite has 2 Queen size beds and a walk in closet. The second bedroom has 2 double beds with a wall to wall closet. Wall-mounted TVs in both bedrooms and the living room. Laundry facilities are available.

Getting around

Madeira Beach is extremely walk-able. The Sea Breeze is 1/3 of a mile from John's Pass where you can shop, dine, sale and explore. Many great restaurants are well within walking distance. Gulf Blvd also offers a trolley that takes you up and down the beach.

Interaction with guest

Our family has owned this unit for nearly 30 years and find the neighbors to be delightful. TripAdvisor and I walk you through the booking process and then connect you with our property manager who will provide you with everything you need for check in/check out and ensure you have a terrific stay. The unit has a rental journal that we encourage you to read. For years, visitors have been sharing their experience with us and we would love for you to also share yours. We always review the journal to ensure our guests have a great experience. During your stay, our property manager will be available 24/7 to assist you should challenges arise during your stay.
