TOP HOLIDAY HOUSE! FANTASTIC VIEW POOL NEAR ROME!
On the ground floor has the chalet a large living room with big and romantic fireplace, open space fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom and a big studyroom with a double bed and panoramic view: in case is there also a sofa bed and baby crib if requested. The laundry has a washing machine, all equipped.
On the second floor is 2 double bedroom, a bathroom, another bedroom with two single beds, and a terrace with a wonderful view. On the top floor is one double bedroom with bathroom and and one single bed, terrace with view. ALL COMFORTS.

The Palazzo Farnese (Farnese or Villa) is located in Caprarola. It is one of the finest examples of Renaissance residence. It was built for the Farnese family is one of the major achievements of the Italian sixteenth century.
Note that the pool is unheated, as it is not traditional to have heated pools in Italy during summer.
There is an extra fee of 200 EUR per week to pay for cleaning and maintenance of pool.
Due to the maintenance of the location, such as gardening and maintenance of the pool, 20 meters from the cottage, there is a small dependence where I live, in total respect of the guest's privacy. There is a sweet and friendly dog living at the dependence with me.
