Holiday Apartment in 400 year old, converted farmhouse in 3 acres of olive groves, orchard and landscaped gardens with water features.

Hilltop position with breathtaking views and stunning sunsets.

Completely renovated - everything new - air conditioning, heating, fully adjustable external shutters, quality furnishings, king size bedroom suites, full kitchen appliances, expensive bathroom suites, Italian ceramics and marble everywhere. FREE wi-Fi connection to internet.

Spacious, homely, cool and comfortable. Completely self contained ground floor apartment - own separate entrance. 3 double bedrooms, luxury bathrooms, sitting room with carved stone fireplace for winter log fires, double doors to balcony with truly superb, unrivalled views, flat screen TV, satellite dish for European TV, DVD & CD players, free wi-fi, fully equipped kitchen/dining area. DVD film library and CD music library.

For our winter guests - electric blankets, winter duvets, wood & kindling supplies for cosy log fires, double glazing, central heating. Low winter rentals & cheap winter flights - why stay at home?

'End of Stay' apartment cleaning and laundry both included, also generous electricity and water allowances included.

Minimum stay 3 days (4 days over Xmas/New Year - 7 days over August holiday.)

Casa Bella Vista - a restored farmhouse, carefully renovated with modern luxury bathrooms, fully equipped fitted kitchen, Italian ceramics & marble everywhere and with fully up-to-date facilities and wi-fi.

Acres of olive groves and gardens to wander, and patios to just sit, unwind, relax and ponder.

The views are pretty spectacular too - as one guest commented :- 'The breathtaking mountain views and the silence are priceless.'

Sleeps up to 6 guests at very reasonable flexible rentals - so if using just 1 bedroom, it is cheaper than using 2 bedrooms, which is cheaper than using 3 bedrooms. That way you don't pay for bedrooms you don't use but all lettings are for exclusive use and occupation of the whole apartment.

“10 perfect days in May!”

Casa Bella Vista is the right name...so beautiful views from the balcony! We had a great time in a very well equipped accommodation. It was perfect for us with all the opportunities like relaxing, hiking, good food and wine. And you can see and feel the love Alan and Carole put in their second home! Thank you for all!
