Description

Our comfy condo is designed to be the home base for the extended family or the large group when you come to Incline Village. The four bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom, allows you to rest and get ready for all the fun around Lake Tahoe. The kitchen is stocked with cooking necessities for preparing meals that you can enjoy at the full size dining table. You can relax with the flat screen display showing Blu-Ray DVD or cable TV. There is WiFi internet to stay connected or plan your next outing. Leave your your worries behind while you smell the trees on the balcony. When the weather is cooler, the gas burning fireplace can bring everyone together.

Inside the condo is nice but the best part of being here is the natural beauty outside. It is a short scenic walk along a pretty creek to Lake Tahoe. You will have access to three of the most beautiful private beaches for a small fee. Play a round of golf at the Championship or Mountain golf courses. Walk to the Hyatt casino for some Nevada style action. Diamond Peak ski resort is only five minutes away and a shuttle bus is often available. There is something for everybody- mountain bike the Flume trail, take in a movie at the local theater, hit the Starbucks, or explore the Lake in a kayak. Bring everyone and make memories you will share for a lifetime.

How do damage deposits work?

If Kendall (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
