Sea Scape Cottage – Sleeps up to 5 guests - Looe.

Sea Scape is situated just a few metres from our ever popular Sea Breeze Cottage. With panoramic sea views across Looe Bay and Looe Island, and nestling beautiful area of West Looe – Sea Scape Cottage is sure to make your holiday one to remember.

Hannafore sea front with its promenade, sand/shingle beach and rock pools to explore, the entrance to the glorious coastal paths, tea rooms, tennis courts, pitch and putt and beautifully kept bowling green dating from the 1920's are a short stroll from Sea Scape. The Hannafore Point Leisure Centre with its Gym, steam room, indoor heated pool and Jacuzzi are a couple of minutes walk away.

Sea Scape Cottage has it all – the sun from the moment it rises each morning, fantastic sea views, a sun trap patio and balcony over looking the bay, a pretty enclosed garden with BBQ patio area. Spacious lounge with great sea views, a dining room, newly fitted, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, utility room, new downstairs walk-in shower room with W.C, and stairs leading to one twin bedded room, a fantastic double master bedroom, overlooking the bay and a single bedroom, and a full sized bathroom with bath, and an overhead shower. Private parking is provided for up to two cars, and on road parking is also

permitted. Sea Scape Cottage is heated by night storage heaters throughout the colder months for a cosy stay.

Fully equipped with Freeview digital T.V, DVD player, selection of books, games and DVD's, cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble drier.

A Travel cot and highchair are available upon request.

Perfect for family holidays, with the beach just across the road, or for couples looking to dine out at some of the fine restaurants that Looe has to offer, and explore the wonderful coastal paths.

Parking (A MUST in the popular tourist resort of Looe is included in the rental amount)

Our cottages are all annually inspected and approved by QIC (Quality in Cornwall) and awarded the SECTA Green Acorn Award for sustainability.

We are AA COVID Accredited - and follow their strict cleaning protocols.

We accept ONE small to medium breed, well behaved dog at the cottage, and make a small charge of £30.00 for their stay.

Getting around

There is a great bus service running between the resorts of Polperro and Looe. It serves all of the nearby towns and villages, and also Plymouth in south east Devon - Where you can enjoy a day at The Barbican and the National Marine Aquarium.

Interaction with guest

The owners live locally and are just a phone call away - Should you require any help or advice during your stay. They also provide a helpful Information Folder at the property for your use. We are cleaning thoroughly and implementing great protocols which comply with Government guidelines - For your peace of mind, that you will arrive at a lovely, clean property for your holiday. Check-in is from 3 pm, check out is at 9 am. We are fully AA COVID Clean Accredited.

“Okay Happy nothing much to complain about”

Nothing to complain about. The only thing I would say about is the fridge wasn't cold enough so I increased dial number inside which helped lower fridge temp.

“Pet friendly in good location”

Hannafore is the bast part of Looe, peaceful close to the sea and 15 moiins walk into town Accomodation is clean decor is perhaps a bit dated in places but the proce reflects this.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Victoria (the owner) a message.

If Victoria (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
