Description
Le Beau Ciel provides an oasis of calm and tranquility and is perfect for the discerning holiday maker looking for a peaceful break, the gite is well equipped to cater for your every need during an away from it all vacation and is ideally suited for adults wanting a quiet relaxing holiday enjoying the simplicity and beauty of the Lot et Garonne and surrounding area.
Our beautifully appointed gite consists of kitchen, lounge with dining area, bedroom with en-suite shower room with basin and WC. The lounge area has double French doors with shutters, there is a large comfortable sofa, a dining table and chairs, coffee table, a living flame fire, WIFI, UK satellite TV, small selection of English books and board games. The room has a number of French electric sockets and also two English sockets with two USB Charging Ports, very useful for for charging phones, laptops etc without the need for an adapter.
The separate kitchen is well equipped and has an electric hob, an oven with microwave and grill, a fridge with freezer box, toaster, electric kettle, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, picnic box, steam iron and ironing board. The large double bedroom with double bed has a sunny, light and airy feeling. It has shutters to keep out the sun in the heat of the summer. It has a ceiling fan and cool, crisp, clean bed linen.
Further details outdoors
Outside the gite has its own sunny terrace with table, chairs and barbecue. You have private use of your own fixed above ground pool and sun loungers. The lawns around the gite merge into the surrounding meadows and countryside and bicycles and a picnic hamper are available upon request.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Arrival from 4pm on the first day and departure no later than 10am on the last day. Your advice on expected arrival time would be greatly appreciated. An early arrival or departure time can be arranged but this is strictly subject to prior agreement.
2. Price includes gas, water, electricity, bedding, towels, pool towels and kitchen linen. All linen is changed weekly.
3. A £100 security deposit will be required, however, the clients liability is not limited to this amount.
4. Prices are based on the agreement that no more than the original number of persons confirmed on the booking form may occupy the property or use its facilities, without prior consent.
5. A cleaning charge has been included in the cost of the let but you are asked to leave the property and external facilities clean and tidy to avoid the necessity of an additional cleaning charge being deducted from your security deposit.
6. We hope you will tell us of all breakages, however small, so that we are aware and can replace the item in time for our next guests. We reserve the right to make a reduction from your security deposit for any articles which have been damaged. Should major damage occur in excess of the value of your security deposit, we reserve the right to invoice you for the excess charge. Providing no damage has been caused, your security deposit will be posted to you within 14 days of your departure.
7. It is the responsibility of those who stay in the gite and use the facilities to ensure the safety of themselves and all members of their party and for your own protection we would recommend that you take out comprehensive holiday travel and cancellation insurance. The owners will not accept any responsibility for any accidents resulting from such failure of such responsibility.
8. We would like to make you aware that there are two lower than normal door frames within the Gite that are approximately 5 feet 5 inches in height. 9. It is regretted that pets cannot be accommodated at the property.
10. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cottage but is allowed in the garden.

“Perfect in every way!”
Just returned from 10 very peaceful and relaxing days at this wonderful gite in Beauvia. Lynne and Jim were perfect hosts, giving loads of information, they were helpful without being intrusive. The gite itself was well furnished to a high standard with a very comfortable bed. We love this area as the scenery is beautiful and it is very quiet away from the hustle and bustle of Britain.
