Description

We invite you to come and enjoy our comfortably furnished home from home. Sharmalyn is a 4 star detached house, ideally located, just 200 yards from the superb sandy beach and coastal footpath at Harlyn Bay, Padstow, Cornwall.

The large 'L 'shaped lounge / dining room has a feature blue slate fire place with patio doors leading out onto the private south facing sun terrace, flat screen TV, DVD and CD. The kitchen and utility are fully equipped including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The accommodation comprises of 2 double bedrooms each with en-suite facilities; one twin single bedroom; and one room with bunk beds each with own wash basin. Also seperate cloakroom and seperate shower room on the ground floor and seperate wc on the first floor. Parking for up to 3 cars. The terms include central heating and hot water.

Harlyn Bay just 200 meters away via a private footpath, is renowned for safe bathing and good surfing conditions with golden sands, rock pools to explore and wonderful cliff top walks along the coastal path in both directions - especially beautiful in spring and early summer when fringed with wild flowers. Over the years Yellow Sands has welcomed back many families and couples for their annual summer and seasonal breaks. We hope to welcome you here sometime too!

PADSTOW is only 3 miles away. Built around a cove on the River Camel Estuary it has grown over centuries into a picturesque fishing harbour town with lots to tell in terms of history and custom.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Christopher (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
