Located in the heart of Sabina region, surrounded by panoramic vineyards and olive groves but also in a perfect position for sightseeing Rome and day trip to Umbria and Tuscany, Tenuta Santa Cristina is your best choice for a holiday combining charm, sightseeing and relax.
Tenuta Santa Cristina is an ideal rent for an intimate stay or for big group of friends holidays, family reunion or corporate retreat.
The property is composed by 2 semi-detached villas, Villa Domitilla and Villa Sveva. These two villas give you the freedom to organize your Italian holiday as you prefer. You can enjoy the total independence and privacy offered to up to eight guests by renting Villa Sveva, or open a door or a gate in the garden, connect the two villas and transform them in one single luxury accommodation for up to sixteen persons.

Minimum stay: one week. From Saturday to Saturday.

Rate includes: linens, bath-towels, pool towels (weekly change for stays longer than one week); electricity and gas; use of the private tennis court, five-a-side football pitch and table tennis (rackets and balls included); final cleaning; welcome bascket; free wi-fi internet broadband.

Rate does not include: heating, telephone, daily cleaning.

Refundable damage deposit: A security deposit in the amount of €500 will be collected upon arrival as guarantee for eventual damages. The deposit will be returned upon departure.

Check-in time: Saturday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. The exact arrival time must however be advised at least 1 day in advance of arrival.

Check-out time: Saturday within 10.00 a.m.

Swimming-pool: Open from June to September (except special agreement with owners).

Method of Payment: Wire transfer or Paypal.

Mode of Payment: 30% deposit on booking; balance due 2 months before check-in.

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations from 120 dd to 90 dd: penalty of 30% of the total price

- Cancellations from 90 dd to 60 dd: penalty of 50% of the total price

- Cancellations from 60 dd to 0 dd: penalty of 100% of the total price

1 double bedroom with private bathroom with bath; 1 twin bedroom with private bathroom with shower; 1 twin bedroom with private bathroom with bath.

Villa Domitilla is fully wheelchair accessible and fitted to host guests with disabilities. In both villas there is full central heating and all the matching soft furnishing are anti inflammatory.

The property has a huge private garden pergola and a barbeque area. The patio, with wooden table and chairs seating up to 16 people, is perfect for al fresco dining.

Pool area
The pool area is situated 30 meters to the south of the villa. The pool (14 x 7 mt; 1,20 - 1,40 mt/depht) is immersed in its own garden with views of the estate. The surround is paved in terracotta where the umbrella, deckchairs and armchairs are situated. There are 2 dressing rooms, each with shower, wc and sink.
