MODERN TOWN HOUSE A SHORT WALK FROM CROOKLETS BEACH
This modern house is situated over three floors and offers THREE bedrooms: on the top floor 1 master double with TV and en-suite shower room with WC. On the ground floor 1 twin bedroom and 1 double, which can be made into a twin on request. Bathroom: family size with shower over bath. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan living area on the second floor with Juliet balcony, TV with Freeview and DVD. Unlimited WIFI. Fully reclinable electric sofas - for those days when the British weather gets the better of you. Kitchen area with double electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer. Outside: small enclosed garden and a patio with table and seating accessed via ground floor. Amenities: designated parking in adjacent car-port for 1 car. Bed linen, towels and electric, under-floor heating included. Regret no smoking or pets.

“Perfect base for a perfect holiday!”
This house is absolutely perfect for a short break! The location is superb a few steps from the local eateries, beach and town and even a supermarket nearby! The house is split over 3 floors and has everything you need, fully equipped kitchen with washer dryer/ dishwasher and full fridge freezer and everything you could think of from coffee maker to lemon squeezer! Watching TV in the comfy recliner settees, you also have a DVD player and PlayStation! The house was spotless when we arrived with beds made up and lovely fluffy towels! We honestly couldn’t fault it and will definitely return as soon as we can,

“Brilliant all round accomodation”
This house is an excellent choice for familys, its location and spacious well equipped interior made it so easy for every aspect needed. There is a small safe garden with even a few toys for small children, its closeness to the beach was ideal too. Ample shops within a few minutes walk including a major supermarket for all your needs but quiet and relaxing in the evening. We will definitley return!
