Description

This delightful, detached cottage offers a beautiful retreat with a private hot tub in the tranquil Cywarch Valley near Dinas Mawddwy. Set at the foot of Aran Fawddwy, the highest mountain in southern Snowdonia, Troed yr Aran is an ideal location to explore Mid and North Wales. Traditional village pub, café and craft centre within 2 miles. Great walks from the doorstep, fishing available on nearby river, close to world renowned mountain biking centre and a wide range of other popular attractions.

Ground Floor...

The beautiful large kitchen has an oil Rayburn set in a brick fireplace, dishwasher, oven, hob and grill, fridge, microwave and dining table. Very well equipped, plenty of cupboard space and Portmeirion crockery.

Stylish and spacious dining room with another, large dining table.

The large living room has a wood burning stove set inside an old slate and stone fireplace. Comfortable and cosy room also equipped with TV and DVD player.

Utility room with washing machine and dryer, freezer, bike storage and ironing facilities.

Upstairs...

Spacious, tastefully decorated double bedroom with excellent views.

Second double bedroom, also tastefully decorated with views over surrounding fields.

Cosy third bedroom with a bunk bed.

The spacious bathroom has a basin, WC, bath and shower over bath.

Garden...

Beautiful, enclosed large garden and patio area with a hot tub, garden furniture, barbecue, and access to the surrounding fields.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
