Nell'antico borgo medioevale di Viterbo, troverete la dimora ideale per trascorre piacevoli ed indimenticabili vacanze all'insegna della tranquillità, del gusto, della cultura e dei sapori di una città antica e potete evadere dallo smog cittadino pur rimanendone in centro.L'Antico Loco Commodo è una caratteristica dimora medioevale, ideale per trascorrere il Vs. tempo libero, i vs. week end, le vostre vacanze,i Vs. impegni di lavoro e di studio, all'insegna del gusto, della tranquillità , della cultura, della familiarità e del calore delle antiche mura viterbesi. La struttura si trova nel quartiere medioevale di San Pellegrino, in una posizione strategica, in quanto centralissima per cui si puo' visitare comodamente a piedi qualsiasi punto della città con i suoi luoghi d'arte, palazzi, fontane, piazze, vicoli, manifestazioni ( quali Viterbo in Fiore, Caffeina Cultura, Macchina di Santa Rosa , Ludika, Tuscia Opera Festival, etc ….) dimenticandosi la macchina e lo smog metropolitano. Siamo anche alle spalle del polo fieristico cittadino e sulla Via Francigena.Da questa posizione si possono raggiungere, inoltre, facilmente, diverse mete turistiche : laghi (Vico, Bolsena , Capodimonte etc) fiumi, collina, mare e siamo ad km. 80 da Roma. Ricordiamo inoltre che Viterbo gode di strutture termali ad alto livello e in convenzione le cui proprietà terapeutiche sono ormai famose e testate.La caratteristica dimora è stata ristrutturata di recente con particolare cura , è arredata in stile e arricchita di particolari unici , muri a vista in peperino, dipinti di nuova forgia . E' dotata di tutti i confort ed è composta da un monolocale spaziosissimo con cucina in muratura completamente attrezzata , bagno con doccia idromassaggio, kit bagno , phon, TV con satellitare , riscaldamento autonomo, servizio biancheria, Hi-fi,lettore DVD, internet wi fi, servizio cassaforte , ingresso indipendente al piano terreno che si affaccia su strada privata.Parcheggio libero e a pagamento vicino alla struttura.La struttura offre ai suoi graditi ospiti , oltre un ambiente tranquillo e particolarmente affascinante , numerosi altri servizi quali ad esempio la possibilità di servizio in B&B , un cuoco personale per organizzare cene o partecipare a corsi di cucina .Su richiesta disponiamo anche di guide turistiche in varie lingue.Convenzionato con vari ristoranti e esercizi commerciali.
