Enjoy a privacy in house w/ fruit garden, pool, gazebo w/ waterfall ,BBQ grill, terrace that overlooks mountain peaks, fish pond, birds . 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining room, family room w/fireplace, kitchen. Food store is just a few minutes of walking . 1 km from house endless restaurants with good food and best prices in town . 25 min. drive to center of city. Easy access to major highways makes the best place to stay from where you can discover all of Armenia!

120 sq meters (1300 sq feet) of living space plus terraces on each floor. Full bathroom on each floor. 2 bedrooms on second floor. 1 King size bed and 2 single beds in one bedroom and 1 Queen size bed in second bedroom. Bedrooms are air conditioned. Living, Dining and Kitchen on first floor. Living room with wood burning fireplace. Kitchen provided with utensils. Dining table for 6. 2 sofas on first floor. Flat TV. 2 table 'cave' like gazebo with waterfall. Perfect for 4-6 people. Abundant parking

Getting around

10 minutes of walking distance to bus stop on road H3 and grocery store just 2 blocks away. Transportation is very inexpensive in Armenia, due to use of natural gas instead of gasoline. Bus fare-100 dram inside city.But there are abundance of taxi with low fares. I highly recommend using Yandex.taxi and GG taxi apps. They have low fares and navigation system in cars. From my house to airport is $6-8 and to city center $2-3.
