Description
Come, visit us and enjoy like never before. Our Villa is a few steps from the ocean. Spacious, very nice decorated, our guests don't want to leave once they get here. This is the place to come when you really want to relax, forget about computers and phones, heavy traffic jam and rush hours. This is the ideal place to enjoy yourself surrounded by nature under lots of coconut trees. You can see and hear the ocean from every room in the Villa.
We are inside a Residential Gated Comunity Area, with Security services 24/7 all year. Electricity is included in our rate.. you don't pay separate. We also have a wonderful housekeeper/cook that prepares the most wonderful dishes for your delight. She comes in everyday from 8 am to 5 pm. If it's a weekly rental, she needs a day off and you can work it out with her.
We provide towels, beach towels, linen for beds, our kitchen is fully equipped. Wifi is available. We also have beach chairs, board games and toys for children.
White sands and clear waters allows you to have a blast at our almost private beach. Kite surfers love our spot. The beach is never crowded.
Las Terrenas Town with a mixed cultural population of French, Spanish, Italians, and many others, offers a great variety of great little restaurants along the coast where you can dine and enjoy a wonderful meal. We are 5 kms away, a five minute ride or forty minutes by foot. Taxis are available, we just need to call and they come in a few minutes, very affordable.
We have two international airports nearby. Las Americas Int'l in Santo Domingo, our capital, is a two hour drive in a new 100 kms road. El Catey Int'l in Samana, is a thirty minute drive with direct flights from Canada, some countries in Europe and New York.
Our local main attractions are: Los Haitises National Park, Cayo Levantado, Paraiso Caño Hondo, Whale Watching (Jan-April) in Samana, The Coffee and Cacao Route done in Q'ds, El Limon Waterfall, Two new Zip Lines, Excursions to different beaches, Las Galeras, Playa Rincon. Other beaches in the area, Playa Bonita, Playa Coson, Playa El Limon.
Come and enjoy, relax, let yourself get away.. I can assure you, you will not regret it.

House rules
We allow pets but only small dogs.
We allow smoking outside.. never in the rooms.
Air Conditioning, fans and lights should be off when not in use. If not, housekeeper will go inside rooms to turn them off. Electricity is included in our rate.. it's private and very expensive.. So please, turn them off.
All doors must be closed and locked at night when going to bed or when guests are not in the Villa.
