Enjoy this recentlly renovated condo in wonderful New Smyrna Beach with updated appliances and a beautiful view of the ocean.

Watch the sunrise from the elevated view of the ocean from the first floor. No stairs or elevators to negotiate. You can also walk right from the patio to the condo's private gate to the ocean.

The unit has central air and heat, cable TV (living room and master bedroom only), DVD player, wireless internet, TWO KING BEDS, and a sleeper sofa. There is a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area. All linens and towels are provided. Washer/Dryer conveniently located within the unit.

Take advantage of other amenities such as the heated pool, outdoor grills, shuffleboard, pool, foosball and/or ping pong.

Numerous restaurants within walking distance. You can walk to an ocean-front dining establishment on the beach. Or walk right across the street to a wonderful upscale wine restaurant. You will also find, tacos, ice cream, pizza or breakfast just a short walk away.

How do damage deposits work?
