For rent this luxury 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms fully furnished house located in Marina Gardens in Mazatlan

LOCATION: On beautiful Playa Cerritos peninsula, the house is located not far from the new RUI and the 5-star Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay Resort and directly across the street is the El Rancho Resort, the luxurious 360 Tower, and the Torres Mazatlan resort, Crowne Plaza, the Escondido Towers, Punta Arenas and Las Gavias residential towers. Immediately across the street is La Fonda restaurant in El Rancho with fantastic ocean views.

EXCLUSIVE ACCESS: access to Playa Cerritos beach is provided with an agreement with El Rancho resort.

MARKETS & SHOPPING: there are three convenience-style markets are nearby. You''l find larger American-style supermarkets: Mega Comercial Mexicana shopping mall and Soriana supermarkets are only a 5 minute drive away. Located only nearby is the Golden Zone -which is full of restaurants, shopping and nightlife.

THE HOUSE: overlooks one of two sparkling free-form pools. There are views of the setting Pacific sun from the Master Bedroom terrace and Queen Guest Room. The third twin-bedroom has spectacular golf course, Sierra Madre Mountains and Marina Mazatlan views.

MASTER BEDROOM: is ensuite with full bath and king size bed, night stands and bureau. Each of the other bedrooms have nightstands and reading lamps and large mirrored closets. LIVING ROOM and DINING ROOM: open to a walled, private enclosed yard. New leather furnishings: couch, love seat and side chairs are in the stunning living room. Dining room has seating for six with a capiz chandelier.

KITCHEN: chic, Euro style kitchen is equipped with new stainless steel appliances: Bosch gas range, Mabe wall oven, stainess LG refrigerator, microwave, granite surfaces and breakfast bar. Kitchen is stocked with all essentials should you wish to prepare meals. LAUNDRY is off he kitchen with full washer and dryer.

SERVICE PATIO is off laundry. Great for storing your beach paraphenalia.

BEDROOMS: are fully equipped. Fresh linens and towels as well as beach towels are provided.

AIR CONDITIONING: the house is fully air conditioned.

SECURITY: situated in a private gated community, there is a 24 hour-manned, gate controlled entrance for your security.

GROUNDS & SURROUNDINGS: the spacious grounds of "Marina Gardens" are filled with gorgeous, lush tropical landscaping, lots of open space, two sparkling swimming pools, shady palapas, children's playground and outdoor shower facilities.

VIEWS: the house overlooks the nearby 18-hole David Fleming golf course, one of the finest in Mexico, and is on the waterfront lagoon of one of the largest marinas in Latin America.
