Your place in the Acapulco sun is here! Our spacious studio has a panoramic 270 degree view of Acapulco Bay surrounded by the city and the Sierra Madre mountains in a LTG (Las Torres Gemelas) premium ocean front condo at Condesa Beach right on Acapulco Bay. The two uniquely designed A-shaped towers with atriums are eighties vintage as is the unique facility lay-out at the beach. Our high-rise 560 sq. ft. (52 sq. mtr.) studio plus terazza (balcony) is totally private in that no one, not even other building's occupants can look into the condo.

Accommodation for up to 4 adults or a family of 4 sleeping 2 in a double bed, 1 in a single bed and 1 in a separate pull-out daybed. As this is a studio condo, there is no separate bedroom.

Magnificent panoramic views from our 26th floor private balcony. Watch beautiful sunrises and sunsets from our south-facing balcony. Marvel at the evening fireworks from dinner celebrations ringing beautiful Acapulco Bay. Our truly affordable condo has a fabulous view!

You pay to rent our condo only.

Complimentary FREE WIFI in the grand reception lobby, cabana bar, 2 pool areas, at times our condo's balcony.

Our condo features a new 32" Flat screen HD television, a Mirage air conditioner pulls in fresh sea breeze air, kitchenette with FAMILY-SIZE REFRIGERATOR, ultra-comfy pillow-top mattresses.Mandatory daily maid service. Our rental rates are per condo, not per person.

On site there are 3 pay for food and drinks restaurants, a complimentary basic gym, 2 complimentary vintage swimming pools with waterfall from one to the other and a pool bar with pay-for lunch and snack menu. 24 hour reception desk, 24 hour security, 24 hour medical clinic with nurse, on-call doctor, 2 grocery convenience stores, hair salon, nail salon, beach apparel shop and tour agents off lobby.

This is a family owned vacation rental beach studio condo within a uniquely designed, eighties vintage condominium high-rise of all privately owned condos. These private owners come from around the world - we are from Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.

Our condo's decor is unique. It is above average compared to most other condos in our building. Our condo is also unique in that it is facing and fronting on the beach, is a corner unit about 20% larger than the side-facing units and high enough to command a superior view. We find it comfortable and stylish within the limitations of a vacation rental. It is our home when we are here. If you are expecting an isolated, out-of-town complex with mandatory dining on site and demand high-end condos and facilities, this is not for you. IMPORTANT

PLEASE READ BEFORE RESERVING OUR BEACH CONDO

A. There is a mandatory daily maid service and utility fee paid by all guests which is normal for Acapulco. This fee is payable by credit card or cash by you directly to condo reception at time of check-in in Acapulco. This transaction is solely between the LTG reception counter in the lobby and you and not us.

(Payment of this fee to any agency rather than LTG reception in the lobby is not advised nor recommended. Additionally, these agencies may charge you more due to their fees.)

This per condo cost is based on the following 2018 rates as set by the LTG Condo Owners Association board and is payable by credit card or cash

. The amount to be paid is determined by reception staff at time of guest arrival using the number of guests, their ages and their length of stay:

- For up to 2 persons about MXN 295 pesos (about $16 USD) for the condo per night.

- For up to 4 persons about MXN 325 pesos (about $17 USD) for the condo per night.

Please do not reserve our condo if you are not willing to pay this fee imposed by LTG Condo Owners Association board at time of check-in.

Welcome to our Acapulco home! Our entire condo is all yours to make it your own Acapulco home with access just steps away to shops, restaurants, golf course and tennis courts. Hotel taxi and bus Transportation are just out the entrance at the curb to take you to nearby shopping malls, supermarkets and specialty stores. As at reception on how to get to Walmart, supermarkets, La Eruopea for liqour and party food. Please enjoy our condo and resort facilities as much as we do when we are there.

Response from the owner Thank you for your review and your message to us that "The apartment and especially the view were great!". Prior to securing their reservation for the Christmas holidays, we were pleased to field a number of questions from our guests about where our popular condo was and what to expect once there. One of the questions was about the elevators. We said that they were made by Otis, were inspected and serviced as needed. We also said that there were 3 guest elevators and 2 service elevators in our building, all efficient, but that, like the 3 pools, they were busier on weekends, holidays and at dusk when most guests return from the beaches. We mentioned that more guest stay tips and all the info needed would be sent to them in their reservation confirmation information package by email. Upon arrival at our condo, one of our guests contacted us about securing more kitchenware. We were pleased to contact our on-site property manager and found that our guest's partner, having read and followed our guidelines sent by us in our information package email, had already contacted our property manager with their extra requirements and that the kitchenware items requested were being brought up to them. With the three of us owners available to field questions as they occur and with our property managers on site, we strive to ensure that our guests' stay is enjoyable.
