Contemporary styled non smoking 1 bedroom adults only 502 sq ft apartment located in an urban core, older, working class neighborhood in the Riverside/Murray Hill area of Jacksonville close to downtown.Just added 120 sq ft treetop deck in July 2017! No we are not near the beach...Please read the full description before making inquiries! Why pay $180 a night at the Hyatt or Omni in downtown when you can rent this self catering apartment for about half that price? !This upstairs walk up apartment comes well equippped with pots,pans, espresso maker. microwave, linens ,towels, coffee pot and honor mini bar. The unit now features state of the art technology with keyless entry and alarm that is tied in with smoke/CO2 detector. Safety and piece of mind! The apartment also has complimentary high speed wifi access and extended basic cable on the 32 inch flat screen TV. New carpeting installed in June of 2016 as well as new travertine flooring and vanity in the bathroom in January 2016!Brand new leather living room suit added in August 2016!This apartment is located only 5 minutes from downtown, 2 minutes to the trendy Riverside dining district and only 5 minutes from Interstate 10, 12 miles to our famous beaches, and 10 minutes to Interstate 95. Mild mannered from the outside but surprisingly updated and contemporary on the inside ,this apartment is quiet , safe and very well appointed. The apartment is also is equipped with a full kitchen, stove and full sized refrigerator. A pet is now accepted (one only under 45 pounds must be crated when guest is not home) and there is a non refundable $50.00 pet fee for stays up to 5 days. Higher deposit required for longer stays.. Sorry , no multiple pets permitted. This is an adults only space. I do not offer cribs or rollaway beds nor do I permit sleeping on the couch. The apartment is best suited for one or two adults. Please no hate mail, angry rants or unpleasant commentary. After refunding two guests stays ruined by shrieking, squalling children in another unit, and unresponsive action from their parents this policy makes it simple and easy. Please read all of the details in the listing as they will answer 95 percent of what you want to know. I cannot call you as Flip Key /Trip Advisor will block any correspondence pertaining to phone numbers on unconfirmed bookings. Please do not send blank or vague messages asking for more information. The amount of guests staying must equal the amount listed in the reservation .No surprise pets. If one shows up and I don't know about it , expect a $100.00 non refundable pet fee. If you mention it in advance the fee is $50.00 non refundable up to one week. No multiple pets accepted. No parties, drugs or smoking/ vaping in the unit No third party bookings .Your name should be on the booking.. Please be respectful of guests in the downstairs unit and understand they may be sleeping or relaxing!
