1400 Sq. Ft Guest House on a 15 acre Citrus/Horse Ranch right off the 303 Freeway and close to everything. Two Bedrooms - Two Baths - Sofa converts to queen bed as well - Full Kitchen, Laundry, large Great room with Gas gireplace with attached dining room area as well as sitting/eating bar at kitchen. It has its own fenced rear yard and patio with citrus trees you can pick your own off of when ripe. . We have a Pool and Spa you can use as well as horses you can pet and ride. ( Riding is by apointment only but the Barn is always open) This home is part of one of "THE" luxury home/ranch complexes in Surprise. Fully furnished, all linens provided along with cooking and eating utemsils and coffee maker, jucer etc. so you don't need to bring kitchen items.. Kitchen has Microwave, range/oven, Refrigerator, dishwasher and granite counter tops . Laundry has full size washer and dryer. Full heating and air conditioning plus electrostatic air filter in system. Telephone, Sat. TV with lots of chanels and private Internet. Maid service is available at extra cost. Easy access from the property to the Baseball, Football and Hockey arenas and while the home itself is secluded from the daily hustle of city life its close to resturants. shopping, movie theaters etc. literly within minutes from the property. Minimum stay is 7 days.

Home is also ideal for people coming to the valley for cancer treatment as easy access to Cancer Centers of America and others via the freeway. Special rates available for patients staying 30 days or more for treatment in the valley. Just e-mail us and we will let you know them.

PRO BOWL AND SUPPER BOWL PACKAGE - The dates of January 23rd thru February 2nd are packaged in either a 5 day or 10 day game package.
