Description

Ideal for a couple, this apartment is in one of the most beautiful places in France. Collioure is an old fishing village with an amazing light which has always attracted artists, including Matisse, Picasso, Derain and many more.

Large balcony with sea view. Perfect base for beach, touring or walking holidays.

This apartment is part of a small residential development situated above the village of Collioure. It is on the second floor of a 2-storey building situated 1 km away from the village of Collioure and beaches.

It consists of a living/dining room with kitchenette leading to a large balcony, a double bedroom (bed has a memory foam top mattress) with ensuite bathroom and a separate toilet. An individual garage is included in the rental. It is well equipped and towels/bed linen are provided (bed will be made prior to arrival).

Cleaning on departure is included in the price. Guests are requested to leave the apartment reasonably clean and tidy.

Sorry, no pets and no smoking.

There are several routes down to the centre of Collioure and beaches. It takes us 10 minutes to walk down and about 15 minutes to walk back to the apartment.

There is a shared swimming pool (June to Sept). However, it is NOT part of the amenities included in this property as its access cannot be guaranteed. Last year, a water shortage in the area led the local government to restrict access to swimming pools. In 2024, the pool will be accessible to our guests if there is no such restriction in place.

Getting around

Train - You can access some places in the area and in Spain by train from Collioure. 1 Euro Bus - The regional council is offering everybody the opportunity to travel within the region by bus for 1 Euro, which makes it very economical and practical if you do not have a car. Car - Having a car enables you to access all the lovely villages in the area, on the coast or inland, as well as the mountains, with a lot more flexibility.

We don't live in Collioure so won't be able to meet our guests. However, I am always at the end of the phone to answer your queries. In addition, we have a local manager who can be contacted if required.
