About the studio apartment

Our stylish, classic, independent studio apartment was built in 1910 located in the center of District 1, just one block from Ben Thanh market and close by all the hot spots you want to visit in Ho Chi Minh city.

The studio apartment is very safe, clean and well-appointed with custom built high quality furniture:

Queen size bed with comfortable mattress

Wall-mounted flat screen TV with international cable channels,

DVD player with DVDs,

Dinning table and chairs,

Armchairs, coffee table.

Air conditioning and new water heater and pump were installed in the shower for your comfort.

A refrigerator, microwave oven, bottled water and water kettle are provided along with dishes, glasses and utensils for the ubiquitous and impressive food options just outside the door.

Fresh bed linens and sumptuous towels will greet you upon arrival.

Unlimited high speed WiFi internet.

Location, Location, Location

The location of this apartment cant be beat. When you check in, drop your bags and walk the

entire city center without ever taking a taxi or bus until you depart.

• Ben Thanh Market is just around the corner

• Saigon Square is just across the street

• Take a leisurely ten minute stroll to the Saigon Opera House, Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, Museums.

• Shop on Le Loi and Dong Khoi streets - you can find all the famous brands there all within a ten minute walk.

• There are hundreds of restaurants, from local street food to the best five star Sunday brunch are all within a stone’s throw of the front door.

• The most famous bún thịt nướng (cold noodle salad with fresh herbs, grilled pork served with a spicy, garlicky savory/sweet dressing and a deep fried spring roll - awesome!) in all of Vietnam is sold on the street at the entrance of the building

• Travel thirty minutes or less to either the train station or Ton Son Nhat International Airport
