Located directly on the pristine and amazingly beautiful Juanillo Beach within the exclusive international community of Cap Cana, this extraordinary 6 bedroom villa provides the setting for an unforgettable luxury vacation.
Completed in 2013, Villa XXV is architecturally designed with over 25,000 square feet of living space. The villa boasts an infinity swimming pool and hot tub, private white sand beach with uninterrupted ocean views, and sun terraces on on levels.
The villa is decorated by the famous Patricia Reid Baquero and includes custom furnishings throughout.
Villa XXV is fully staffed with a Head Butler, Junior Butler, Chef, Maid and Concierge. In house massage and nanny services are also available.
There are six bedrooms in total. Two spacious master suites on the second floor have ocean facing balconies, vaulted brick ceilings and custom designed furnishings. Additionally there are four oversized and individually designed bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Two of the four guest rooms have king beds, the other two have 2 queen beds in each. Perfect for families. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV, overhead fans, and individually controlled air conditioning. Additionally amenities include Frette sheets and turkish bath and pool towels.
In addition to the pool and hot tub, sport activities include beach volleyball on the villa property, Golf at the #1 golf course in the Caribbean, Punta Espada, and scuba, horseback riding, zip lining, etc. close by.
The villa offers simple elegance, discrete service in a spacious, serene and private beachfront location: everything you would expect from a world-class resort within your own private villa. The villa includes a staff of 4: butler, junior butler, chef and a maid.
