Description

What you need to know before choosing this apartment:

Entrance to the apartment is keyless, you will be given on arrival your personal access code which will be valid from the date of your arrival until the date of departure.

All public spaces of the building are monitored by CCTV. The apartment entrance door is equipped with one camera which together with sensors in all rooms controls the lights, temperature, noise, air quality and humidity. In case of a fire or gas leak an alarm will be sent automatically to the emergency services.

No visitors are allowed in the flat without prior approval which is granted only exceptionally and with special conditions. For all neighbors and your own safety you cannot bring anybody to the building and flat you have just met casually.

You will be asked after booking to submit in advance passport details for all guests (name, date of birth, passport number) to verify at check-in that you are the person which booked the apartment.

To speed up the check-in process the contents and state of the apartment will be photographed, so no need to control and sign an inventory and protocol.

The reading of the electricity meter will be photographed, normal usage is included, only excessive usage will be charged separately.

The Best point of Ipanema beach behind the building you Will find a Grocery opened 24 Hours, The sightseeing bus,The main Ipanema's square where they have the " Feira Hippie" which is the most famous Arts and crafts market in Rio, thousands of bars and restaurants and all kind of shop just one step from the building.

I Just need a picture of your IDs and the flight number on arrival and departure. (The IDs of each guest.) If you don't arrive by plane, I will need to know in advance the exactly time you are supposing to arrive. Someone will be there to welcome you but I will be in contact with you since the day of your arrival until the day of your departure to answer all your questions and help if necessary. I just need to know if you arrived and everything is ok, after that I will not disturb you anymore but will answer you fast as I can, if you need any information about the Rio or about going around. the Maid, Will be there : If you stay is 1 week: only one day during the week. If 2 weeks: 2 days of each week. Stays for less than 1 week:No Maid
