PINCH YOURSELF – once you see this view you know your vacation has started!!!

The VIEW is perfect. The wall of windows will give you a picture perfect view of the white sand beach and never ending Gulf across the street from the beach. On the lagoon side, be sure to enjoy the glowing sunsets and endless fishing off the public pier, all located within walking distance of the condo. When the day is done, don’t forget to sit back and relax on your private balcony after a day of fun in the sun. You will need to pinch yourself a time or two to know that your vacation is a dream come true.

The living room and dining room open up to the granite countertop kitchen. The living room has two large leather sectionals, a 55” TV, blue ray DVD player, aux cord speaker system with Pandora, and free Wi-Fi. The dining room seats 6 and a kitchen counter that seats an additional 4. The kitchen is fully equipped with a: refrigerator with ice maker, a stove, oven, coffee pot, toaster, blender, glasses, dishes, and pots/pans.

This condo offers 2 bedrooms and 2 ½ bathrooms with bedding to accommodate 6 people. The master bedroom features a king size bed. The second bedroom features a queen size bed and a set of bunk beds. Each bedroom includes a TV and private bathroom. The private bathrooms include a tub/shower, granite counter top with a double vanity, and crisp white towels.

For your convenience, the condo has a stacked washer/dryer, iron, ironing board, a heavy duty beach cart and a rolling cart.

This 1236 sq. ft. condo is approximately 2.5 miles from I-59 on West Beach Blvd. (The Hang-Out). Sanibel offers a pool, a baby pool, a workout area with a sauna and a grill area located near the outdoor shower.

My goal is to create a relaxing and comfortable getaway for you, your family and friends.

Getting around

Couldn't ask for a better location. This condo is approximately 2.5 miles from I-59 on West Beach Blvd., The Hang-Out, restaurants and more. Mobile and Pensacola Airports about 1:15 min. GULF VIEW AND LOCATION - The 30 foot wide wall of glass facing the Gulf can't be beat. Close to everything you want.

How do damage deposits work?
