This spacious one bedroom apartment, 93 sq meters (1,002 sq ft) is in an historic building and offers luxurious fittings and contemporary comfort. It's just steps away from the beautiful Bordeaux Public Gardens.

On nearby Rue Fondaudege there are hundreds of shops and restaurants and it is a short walk to the heart of Bordeaux - the Grand Theatre and Place Quinconces.

There is easy access to Bordeaux City Gardens apartment, as it is on ground floor level.

The large living and dining rooms are ideal for entertaining guests and al fresco breakfast and dining is also possible in the private courtyard.

Fittings are high quality, including a Loewe TV in living room; a mounted flat screen TV in bedroom and a portable Ipod/iphone/ipad dock for music in living/dining or bedroom.

The kitchen contains a multitude of appliances, such as a built-in espresso and cappuccino maker.

Getting around

Bordeaux City Gardens apartment is a few minutes walk from the centre of Bordeaux and the transport hub of Place des Quinconces, where you can catch a tram or a bus to go around the city.

Interaction with guest

Our English and French speaking property manager will meet you at the apartment and give you a tour of the facilities. She will be available during your stay should you have any queries. There is also a House Book with information about the appliances, local attractions and emergency numbers. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. We offer complementary hand sanitizer and antiseptic wipes. We are also ensuring there is a gap of at least 48 hours between bookings. On check in, the property manager will wear a mask, and will give you the disinfected keys in a sealed envelope.

How do damage deposits work?
