Description
Located on a quiet street in The Boulders golf resort, this 2 bedroom casita can accommodate 6 people with the use of the Queen size sofa bed in the great room. The design of the house offers privacy in several ways: a walled courtyard in the front and the great room separates the master bedroom from the guest bedroom, while it serves as the gathering place for the home. There is a wall mounted TV in the master bedroom and another free standing TV in the great room. The guest room has 2 twin beds and its own bathroom with tub/shower and walk in closet. The master bedroom is very large and has a desk in front of the rear window facing uninterrupted desert. The room is complete with 3 dressers, a blanket chest, and 3 chairs. The master bathroom
was completely remodeled in 2021 and the picture show the results. Off the bathroom is a large, carpeted, walk-in closet and beyond the shower is the laundry room. The great room is fully furnished and includes the sofa bed. There is a dining table and chairs opposite the fully equipped kitchen. The great room (including the dining area and kitchen are tiled; both bedrooms are carpeted.
The casita is fully furnished, complete with dishes, cookware, and linens and is turn-key ready for your visit. Cox wifi and basic cable are standard.
There is a patio in the rear of the house with table and chairs and the front enclosed courtyard is equipped with grill and and dining table with 6 chairs. While there is no pool, there is access to neighborhood pools and the resort pool by the golf/tennis club; there is no fitness room but again access is possible if the guest wishes to pay additionally for the Spa fitness room.
A 2 car garage will accommodate your vehicle unless it is a tall van/truck.
HOA rules require garaging your vehicle.
