Description

A fabulous cottage (one of six) on working smallholding, Visit England four star rated with gold award. The availability and sample photos shown are for the cottage called Owls Roost. . Own garden and wood burner. Unlimited central heating and hot water included in price at any time of year. Within easy walking distance of Padstow. .Beautiful peaceful location in area of outstanding natural beauty. Facilities available include heated pool (pool and games room are open from start of Easter school holidays to end of October half term and closed over winter months) for exclusive use of guests. Great facilities for children including helping with the animals most mornings. Close pub/restaurant. Great for both couples and families. Central location for touring Cornwall, visiting Eden etc. Close to lovely sandy beaches of north coast - great for surfing, sandcastling or just enjoying. Bed linen and towels included - this cottage has one double bedded room and one bunk bedded room, other cottages have kingsize, two bedroom cottages also have twin bedded rooms). Cot/high chair etc provided but not cot bedding.

Some cottages have private hot tub option.

How do damage deposits work?

If Michael (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
