A new, semi-detached house on the hills overlooking Mykonos Town. A spacious villa with a private pool.
The property is located on the hills north-east of Mykonos Town, near the church of Ayia Sophia, only 2 kilometres from the centre of the town. The villa has four bedrooms and sleeps 8 people.
This modern yet very “Mykonian” villa is a two-floor structure with a spacious living room/dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen on the ground level and four bedrooms on the lower level. Three of the bedrooms feature double beds with en-suite toilet/shower room and the smaller fourth bedroom features a bank bed with en-suite toilet/shower room. The property is also equipped with a washer and dryer.
The villa is furnished and equipped with carefully collected and high quality items. There was special attention paid to finishes, especially in the bathrooms, and the lighting of the spaces thus creating a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere.
The house is surrounded by an impressive 1.400 sq. meters of land which includes a 5x10 meter swimming pool, a patio and a garden.The patio and swimming pool are directly accessible from the upper floor as well as the lower floor by an external stairway. The view from the garden looks over the port in the town of Mykonos and the characteristic rocky hills of the island.
NEW ADDITION! A new seating area was added on the rood of the house with amazing views of the sea and the sun set!
PLEASE NOTE: The road leading to the houses in the area is steep at one point and the last part is dirt road.
Also, the colour of the sofa is now different than that in the pictures as it was re-upholstered last year.

“Beautiful hilltop villa”
We had a wonderful stay at Anthoula's villa this June. It was beautiful, clean, well kept and spacious. It was cleaned a couple of times during our 10 day stay which was just enough for the amount of people we had. The pool is bigger than in looks in the pictures and the views both from the garden and the roof area are stunning particularly during sunset. We decided not to get cars during our stay even though it was recommended by everyone - the roads leading up to the villa are a bit intimidating to drive on - so we opted for using taxis which were reliable. It' a nice walk to town (approx) half hour by foot if you have the time - with great views en route. Anthoula was a very attentive host and any issues / queries we had (very few/minor) were dealt with efficiently and quickly. Couldn't recommend staying here more.
