It includes all; kitchenette, utilities, WiFi internet, parking, Gyms, Pools, Tennis and Beach, bargain golf courses, Manatee watch, kayaking, horseback riding. It is great for a single, couple and small families. Private Beach is a few steps away, just past the tennis courts.
