WONDERFUL DEEP, DIVING POOL THAT STAYS COOL IN THE ARIZONA HEAT!! EASY DRIVE TO ALL MAJOR LEAGUE SPORTING EVENTS. Come enjoy this beautiful property on the Arrowhead Lakes, in North Glendale. The Arrowhead lakes is the largest lake system in the greater phoenix area. A tropical oasis, yet close to everything. The Arrowhead community is extremely safe and perfect for enjoying long walks, hikes, golfing or bike rides. This is the ultimate rental in the area, with VERY quick access to all major league sporting events, amusement parks, shopping, restaurants, and golf courses.

This luxurious home Is newly updated and has all new quality furniture and appliances. It features a large gated, south facing diving pool and a lovely dock on the water. The home has 5 beautiful bedrooms with PLUSH BEDS and luxury bedding. There are TWO KING SUITES, One queen, and two rooms with 2 singles. The beautiful kitchen is very well appointed and is equipped with all you would need to cook a gourmet meal. Home is decorated with rustic elegance in mind, promising comfort and beauty.

Take in a breathtaking sunrise over the Thunderbird mountain, golf the many courses within minutes from the house, catch a pro game of your choice, or simply enjoy a gorgeous sunrise on waters edge feeding the fish, and eating lemons and grapefruit fresh from the tree.

The property is located just off the 101 which affords great access to anywhere you wish to go in the Phoenix area. Take a look on google maps and see all the great parks, malls, restaurants, hiking trails, golf courses etc, in the area.

We want to emphasize that swimming is ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED BY THE HOA; water is treated and not suitable for swimming. This is a very quiet residential neighborhood. We adhere to all HOA and city rules regarding outside noise. No overnight street parking is allowed; only in garage and driveway.
