It is equipped with fine furnishings, modern brand appliances, and all other modern brand amenities needed for an enjoyable time in Lake Tahoe: a foosball table, outdoor hot tub, a Jacuzzi bath, 3 fireplaces, computer with wireless internet access, cable TV, home theater with surround sound plus dvd movies and vhs Tapes free to watch and much, much more.

These conveniences and the great forest/mountain view allow for a great way to relax and unwind after a day outdoors.

Parking must be contained within the driveway or garage. There is very little on the street. Absolutely no parking in the street in the Winter.
No campfires allowed.
Should any violation of the Vacation Rental for "noise" ordinance occur, fines up to $1,000.00.
