Description

Mata's house is a beautifully renovated traditional island property with stunning views of the Aegean Sea. This large 3 bedroom house is located in the lovely village of Plaka. Peaceful night and day, yet just a 5 minute stroll to individual and charming tavernas, boutique shops and chilled coffee shops and bars.

Mata's house, a 100 year old property, was bought by Mata & Neil 10 years ago, and underwent an extensive 2 year renovation. The property provides spacious family accommodation with modern facilities whilst maintaining every bit of its traditional Cycladic house character. In addition to its 3 double bedrooms there is a cool and relaxing living room, a dining room with views of the sea, a large kitchen and 2 shower rooms.

All rooms have their own balconies with either sea view or view of the quiet island cobbled alleys. A large 70 square metre terrace garden stretches across the property with panoramic views across the bay of Milos, and beyond.

Should you require extra space, there is also a studio available in addition to the house which shares the house's large terrace, allowing for a very large entertaining space.

Milos boasts some of the most diverse and amazing beaches in Greece with 57 to choose from. Mata's house is a 10 minute drive to the nearest beach.
